John Wien, Esq.

John Wien is an attorney with more than 25 years of legal experience in insurance defense, commercial litigation, risk management, and municipal law. His background includes leadership roles in both the public and private sectors, with extensive experience representing insurance carriers and advising executive leadership on complex legal matters. 

John previously served as Chief Litigation Counsel for the City of Hollywood, overseeing the City’s litigation division, supervising in-house attorneys, managing outside counsel, and advising executive leadership on litigation strategy, legal exposure, and policy matters. Prior to that, he served as an in-house trial attorney with Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company and The Hartford.
