Michael Gaddis, Jr.

In early 2019 Mr. Gaddis obtained Florida’s 2-20 Property and Casualty license and joined Cable Insurance as an underwriter evolving to the Chief Operating Officer. He has been an active Board member since 2019. Mr. Gaddis and his family own one of the largest livery corporations in the Southeast where he worked in every department since the age of sixteen and for three years professionally since college. Mr. Gaddis has six years of experience producing and underwriting public livery business in the State of Florida. Mr. 

Gaddis worked on the development of underwriting guidelines for the company. He is the IT Committee liaison officer and is actively engaged in the reinsurance structure of the placement for Cable. In addition, Mr. Gaddis oversees our independent agents’ limited distribution structure. He graduated from Florida Atlantic University with a degree in business administration.
