Matthew Levine

Matthew Levine brings more than a decade of specialized experience in commercial auto and casualty claims management to his role as Vice President of Claims. Throughout his career, he has successfully led the investigation, evaluation, and resolution of complex commercial auto injury claims, high-exposure liability matters, and litigated cases across multiple jurisdictions. 

Prior to joining Cable Insurance, Matthew served in senior claims roles with industry leaders including Marsh & McLennan, Westfield Insurance, Berkley Southeast, and Liberty Mutual. His expertise spans commercial auto, garagekeepers, inland marine, general liability, and bodily injury claims, where he has consistently achieved optimal outcomes through strategic negotiations, client advocacy, and collaborative partnerships with carriers, attorneys, and insureds. 

As VP of Claims, Matthew oversees all aspects of the claims operation, with a focus on operational excellence, cost containment, and delivering exceptional service to policyholders. He is committed to enhancing claims strategy, strengthening litigation management, and ensuring fair, timely resolution for clients. 

Matthew holds adjuster licenses in Georgia and Florida, an Associate in Claims (AIC) designation, an Associate in General Insurance (AINS), and is actively pursuing his CPCU designation, which he expects to complete by January 2026. His leadership style is defined by integrity, accountability, and a deep passion for mentoring teams to achieve both professional growth and outstanding results.
