Cassandra Krasne

Mrs. Krasne has over 14 years of experience in Human Resources Management. She earned her masters degree in human resources management from Florida International University (FIU). 

She began her career at GDS International, a British B2B sales company, where she worked closely with the HR Director, overseeing all HR functions for the South Florida office and supporting more than 80 employees. She then moved on to become the HR Manager at a startup IT company in Miami, where she handled all HR operations for the Florida offices for five years. Following this, Mrs. Krasne joined Southpark Management, a hospitality and valet services company. There, she successfully restructured the companyƋs HR processes, reducing payroll processing time from three days to just two hours. Over her eight years with the company, she played a pivotal role in establishing strong HR foundations for 10 restaurant startups in the Miami area, overseeing staffing, payroll, and benefits administration. As of December 2022, Mrs. Krasne holds the position of Director of Human Resources at Cable Insurance Company. 

Mrs. KrasneƋs expertise lies in partnering with business leaders to elevate company culture, enhance employee morale, and drive productivity. She is skilled in providing leadership support, coaching, and resolving employee relations matters, ensuring that HR aligns seamlessly with the companys strategic goals.
