Jaime Schwartz

Ms. Schwartz is a technology executive with more than 15 years of experience in the P&C insurance industry. Since joining Insurity in 2009, she has held senior leadership roles across solution delivery, business operations, enterprise applications, analytics, and sales, bringing a broad perspective on both carrier operations and insurance technology.

Over the course of her career, Ms. Schwartz has advised carrier CIOs, COOs, and enterprise architects on core system modernization initiatives spanning policy administration, billing, claims, integrations, and data migration. She has also led enterprise technology and operational initiatives including integration architecture, SaaS vendor strategy, application rationalization, post-acquisition systems consolidation, and analytics strategy for P&C carriers and reinsurers.

Ms. Schwartz brings a combination of enterprise IT leadership and carrier-facing advisory experience, with deep knowledge of the technology, data, and operating model decisions that shape growth and modernization across the insurance sector. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from the University of South Florida, is a SAFe Agilist, and was recognized as an IASA Top 30 Under 30 honoree in 2017.
